Synthesis of β2-Agonist Metabolites of 2-(4-Amino-3,5-Dichlorophenyl)-2-(Alkylamino)Ethanols and their Excretion with Urine in Comparison to the Initial Compounds

Metabolites of β2-agonists 2-(4-amino-3,5-dichlorophenyl)-2-(alkylamino)ethanols, derivatives hippuric and mandelic acids, were synthesized. The excretion profiles the target compounds metabolites with urine studied in experiments on laboratory animals. 2-(4-Amino-3,5-dichlorophenyl)-2-(isopropylamino) ethanol (9.7% administered dose) 2-(4-amino-3,5-dichlorophenyl)-2-(tert-amylamino)ethanol (0.7%) isolated unchanged after a single peroral administration at doses 270 540 μg/kg. times for determination components animals method sensitivity 0.1 ng/mL established as 120 h 2-(4-amino-3,5-dichlorophenyl)-2-(isopropylamino)ethanol 96 2-(4-amino-3,5-dichlorophenyl)-2-(tert-amylamino)ethanol. metabolite 2-(4-amino-3,5-dichlorophenyl)-2-(tert-amylamino)ethanol, acid derivative, was detected longer (120 h) than initial compound.
